Bonds
Bonds is a form of debt security and differs from a common stock in many ways. A bond, usually issued by government or banks carries a minimal financial risk compared to stock.
Except for a small number of bonds, which are traded in the exchange, they have a decentralised market, meaning that they are traded directly between the two parties. They have a fixed level of income and a fixed maturity which could range from a few months up to 10 years.
